Peaceful: Undisturbed by strife, disagreement or turmoil: tranquil

Anarchy: Absence of any form of political authority

There are few among us that believe life on earth is perfect as it is today. In fact there are a lot of us who feel ours is a world in need of repair, or maybe even a complete overhaul! Many think this repairing an impossible task and those that sit in power may not want to change the way things are. There is a term called “new age” that encompasses a movement that falls under many names and beliefs. Although most of the thought is not new, it covers a very broad-spectrum of beliefs and breaks from the traditional thoughts of organized religions. The core of this movement has no central organization, geographic center, holy text, membership or formal clergy. It is a free-flowing spiritual movement; a network of people who share similar beliefs distributed through books, seminars, web sites and other mediums. The core of this belief is that all that exists is derived from a single source of divine energy and that love is at the core of this energy.

Can we rebuild a new world peacefully with love and humanity as the key elements of design? How do we do this? I believe we do it by nonjudgmental education and a creation of a mass acceptance of a new body of thought. Everything and everyone has become the way it is, and the way they are, from a collection of events achieved by multiple thoughts, actions and reactions that have occurred throughout time. None of this is good or bad, right or wrong, it just is, and it has created our current world of existence.

I believe education is the key to showing how interconnected this world is and how each choice we make has a ripple effect out further than most can imagine. We need to show the destruction that is caused by choices made for power, control and personal gain. We should question a choice that relies on fear, war and/or violence as its enforcement. We should educate ourselves on our consumption habits and the demands we put on the earth, animals and ourselves in the support of these habits.

As we educate ourselves, we will start to make conscious choices. For every decision presented we will start to be aware of the potential ramifications of each choice. We will then begin to look at our choices with an eye towards making decisions that cause the least impact to the earth, animals and humanity. This one thought would change the world, “What are my choices for this specific event and which one causes the least impact”. This takes a conscious effort in the beginning and then ultimately ingrains itself into our decision process. The goal is to have a large enough number of people consciously making choices and creating movement towards a peaceful and humanitarian existence.

Some call this idealism; I call it hope. For without the idealist who is motivated to make a difference we can end up “stuck in the mud” of lost hopes and desires to make this world a better place for all…

…I vote for change now, instead of later.

More to come VERY soon, you have no idea !!
